About Me

Hey lovely — I’m Tina, the mum who lost 30kg, all while working full time as a primary school teacher and full time mum and home maker.

I help busy mums to lose weight, feel happier and healthier.

​

When I lost that 30kg people started asking me two things over and over:


How did you lose all that weight?” and
How are you so calm with kids and a full-time job?

​

So I started helping women in the small gaps of my day — before school, after bedtime, in between marking books. And the change I saw in them lit something up in me. I launched The Flourishing Mum Club — a space created to help mums become healthier, calmer, and more in control of their lives.​

I’m a trained Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a certified mindset mentor, Kinesiology muscle tester, EFT Level 1 & 2 practitioner, and a mum who has walked the path from overwhelmed to empowered.
